Insurance Claim
Once you have informed us about the claim with the details of your policy and the events that led to the loss or damage, we will guide you through the claim process. Don’t worry, we are with you!
We will assist you in finding a suitable workshop to repair your vehicle on priority and to the highest quality standards, so you can get back on the road as soon as possible.
- A duly filled and signed claim form. In case the car in question is a company car, a company seal and authorized signatory’s signature is required.
- Self-attested photocopies of the registration certificate of the vehicle and the driving license of the driver at the time of accident.
- In cases where the accident has caused death, injury or third party property damage, a FIR has to be registered at the police station.

We will then depute a representative to inspect the vehicle and the damage. However, you must make sure that no dismantling or repair to the damaged vehicle takes place before the vehicle is inspected.
Additional documents may be requested by us depending on the claim. If all documents are found to be in order, the claim will be processed on cashless basis. Cashless facility means that you will not have to worry about the repair costs. You only need to pay the deductible amount and your contribution to the claim, and the rest of the expenses are taken care of by us. The vehicle can be collected after paying all due charges and signing a satisfaction voucher.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! Filing a car insurance claim allows you to utilise the sum insured your insurance company provides for which you have been paying the premium. However, as a policyholder, you have to determine whether the damage is extensive and expensive enough to file a claim.
If your vehicle has suffered any damage or loss, the cost of these repairs and recovery can be filed under an insurance claim. Depending upon your policy, you receive complete or partial reimbursement for the expenses incurred towards bringing your vehicle back to its original condition. Simply file your claim to the company and provide the necessary documents to receive remuneration.
To claim cashless repairs, simply get your repairs done at a registered network garage. Once you register your claim with the insurance provider, it is surveyed and approved by the surveyor. The company will then determine the liability and pay off the expenses directly.
Once your insurance company receives the appropriate documentation, they directly get in contact with the network garage and settle the bills. The amount paid is subtracted from your sum insured. For reimbursement claims, they simply pay you back the bill amount after thorough verification and approval of the bills submitted
Your claim could get partially or completely rejected if you do not inform your company and receive a registration number before getting repairs. This is because it goes against the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
The standard car insurance policy does not cover engine damage. However, if you opt for a specific add-on cover for this repair or other similar damages, you can receive reimbursement for this claim
